Services
Locksmith KeyIn provides professional locksmith services in Las Vegas, Nevada and surrounding Clark County communities. Our services include but are not limited to residential lockouts, automotive lockout service, lock rekeying, lock installation and replacement, commercial locksmith services, and safe services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for any lawful reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, inability to verify property ownership, or safety concerns for our technicians.
Identity Verification
To protect property owners and ensure lawful use of our services, Locksmith KeyIn may require identity verification before providing lockout or entry services. You may be asked to provide:
- Government-issued photo identification
- Proof of residence (utility bill, lease agreement, or similar document)
- Vehicle registration for automotive lockout services
- Property documentation for commercial or rental properties
Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in refusal of service. Locksmith KeyIn is not liable for damages resulting from refusal of service due to insufficient verification.
Pricing and Payment
All service prices are quoted prior to the commencement of work. By accepting our service quote, you authorize Locksmith KeyIn to perform the described services at the quoted price. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes materially during service, and any additional charges will be communicated and authorized before the additional work begins.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payment methods. A service fee may apply to credit card transactions.
Service Warranty
Locksmith KeyIn warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper use of installed hardware, or situations outside our control.
Hardware and parts installed by Locksmith KeyIn carry the manufacturer's warranty. We pass all applicable manufacturer warranties to you at time of installation.
Limitation of Liability
Locksmith KeyIn carries general liability insurance. In the event of property damage caused directly by our technicians during service, we will process a claim through our insurance carrier. Our liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged property.
Locksmith KeyIn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
